In english time 6PM - 10AM no breaks, what do? Cause I don't want to become a Mole or the batman.

Not sure what to tell you, your brain stimulates what is likes. Have you been getting much pain while playing that long? sometimes if this is a problem you will feel it from your eyes or neck. I have the same problem but during week days I tend to go to bed earlier. Best of luck you you
