Summary:
I was at my mini base at tides hotel then I got raid by a member of the mafia, I was shotting him to low heath then he decided to propblock me in my own base...

shooting* you were shooting at him, shotting is not even a word XD
and yes, it look like he was propblocking you until he did the keypad, but I still dont he can do that in your base
