Hello everyone. So i was banned, again... *Sigh*

Why we should unban you: Here's the story.
1. I spawn. In the Nexus garage. (As i am a "Special Services".)
2. I open the garage, and interrupt the process of Quack lock-picking the garage.
3. As soon as i can, i grab my tazer and start chasing him.
4. I finally catch him, further in the garage. I taze him.
5. I handcuff him. And explain the reason of his arrest.
6. He wakes up. (At this point he is stuck in the wall, i do not notice it until later.)
7. The secretary runs down & starts punching him. To kill him. So, i consider him as attempting to avoiding Quack going to jail.
8. Not having the time to scroll through my loadout, i kill him. Before he kills Quack.
9. Now, i realize Quack is stuck in the wall. And also notice a raid happening upstairs.
10. I tell Quack "He is free to go." and kill him. As i rush to protect the president.
11. Without any warning, any proof, or any investigation; i get banned. (Which is what i absolutely dislike about Fearless, the way that the administrators handle bans.)

After analyzing this whole situation, i realize i may have been in the wrong. For not acknowledging at the time that he was stuck. Still not quite sure though. But if it is, i am indeed terribly sorry. I just hate it when things like this happen. Because today, i just donated to Fearless. And have been spending my entire week playing on it (113 hours). And now, again; my Sunday will be ruined because of this ban. I am totally gutted & would really appreciate to be unbanned.

... Speechless ... At this rate, by the time my appeal gets reviewed, my ban will have already expired. When i should not really have been banned in the first place. My friends have been trying to get the attention of the administration, but it appears Flame has been ignoring us. Can anyone else please review this? I believe there is enough information & evidence here for any administrator to treat this. As i said, i am terribly sorry for this incident. But i am getting extremely anxious now.

Also, the ban reason says "Pres cant demand you to kill people just saying" ??! At any point did the president ask for me to kill anyone. And at any point was he even involved in this. Which just demonstrates that this is a misunderstanding. I am responsible for all of my acts, and once again, apologize for the wrong ones.

Please, just anyone... Review this. And if possible, unban me. This really means the world to me...

Basicly you killed a person who you should have arrested, do that in real life and you get jailed.

Another fact is that the president wanted everyone in the nexus to be shot.

He was stuck, and asked for it. In this situation, it is no longer role-play. Because in a real life scenario; you would not wake up inside of a wall.It was indeed wrong of me to kill him. But i absolutely love Fearless. And, i am a serious role-player... I beg of you, please unban me. I will repeat myself: This really means the world to me and i sincerely apologize.
