Failed to load SteamUI - NourFreeman - 11-01-2010

Steam won't launch Sad. It says the following error :
Failed to load SteamUI localization file. And I think my CS:S and GMOD files randomly got deleted ? Sad But first have to fix that error ? Any suggestions please Sad ?

Reinstalled all my games Tounge.

Reinstall Steam? Smile Then Windows, then get a new computer, move to a new house and find a way to become reborn.

It's hardest to reinstall Windows Tounge Or maybe getting Reborn.... Not sure.

Anyway Reinstalling Steam should probably fix it.
