Title of Bug: You can be injured on Build
Description:
Normal server rules seem to apply on Build when it comes to injuries.
If injured enough, the player ragdolls and enters the injured state immediately. This can be quite a nuisance when you accidentally hit yourself with a prop. The ragdoll is also left in the spot where the player dies, which can potentially hamper building.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go on build
2. Spawn
3. Q > Spawn yourself a prop, then put it in the sky above you
4. Let it drop on you
5. Get injured, die, hit accept
6. Check out the ragdoll left behind
