Title of Suggestion: Remove Order System
Description
Remove the wait when buying items that aren't related to shopkeeper roles (bmd, doctor etc.)
Why?
Annoying when you are trying to just start some RP or be basing and have to wait 6 mins total at least to order stuff

The order timer was already reduced, it won't be completely removed as it's planned to be replaced with the delivery mechanic anyway.
