Description
Add the /note update that pollux made for LL to FL.
Why?
The current FL /note system feels old. would be nice for a slight change

Basically same as current note but with a menu to edit it, title would display when you look at it like current and pressing E would open up the editor/viewing page to see anything in the body.

So long as you don't have to use the menu when placing originally. /note [text] should still work. For editing, looks great.
