This has been suggested many times in the past and the reasoning still stands today, a bank is simply useless as there's no downside to carrying everything on you on FL. We already plan on adding a bank and inventory to clans as it adds value there, but extending it to individuals adds nothing and right now we'd rather not restrict the ability to be spontaneous by adding limitations to personal wallets/inventories.
