Title of Bug: AFK Role on Build

Description:
If u being set to AFK role on build server you'll never leave it, but you can still move around and build.

This can be fixed on the server, it just needs to set the AFK spawn point, which will be done when the server is back up

Either that or we can disable AFK job on build.
