Police Checkpoint = prop block? - Teo - 02-17-2012 I was temp banned earlier today for apparent prop block. I am not new to RP and am thoroughly aware what prop block is. However in these circumstances i was a Police Officer creating a police checkpoint at the edge of the city on evocity_v2d by blocking off 1 lane of the road with 2 concrete barricades and parking my car horizontally behind, thus creating a basic checkpoint. I had full permission from the president and the police commander to do so. If this IS considered as prop block I have no objection, but having seen many others do it using far more props i would simply just like some clarification - is this prop block? Diolch // Thankyou! <3 RE: Police Checkpoint = prop block? - Serpent Lord - 02-17-2012 You can make a police checkpoint if the president approves. It also must me made out of NON Frozen props. Always clarify the checkpoint with an Admin when it is constructed. If said Admin approves that it's good, you'll be fine. RE: Police Checkpoint = prop block? - Aaronv909 - 02-17-2012 Diolch, Ah Nice to see another welsh person on FL, Croeso i FL RE: Police Checkpoint = prop block? - ForceGhost - 02-17-2012 It clearly states in the rules No public building which obstructs players (or something like that) an Admin can give you permission to build it but if that isn't recived it's a big no no. RE: Police Checkpoint = prop block? - SnowMan - 02-18-2012 Admin saw you freeze it, hence the ban. RE: Police Checkpoint = prop block? - Teo - 02-18-2012 Okay thanks guys I understand now , makes sense /palmface Many thanks! |
