An admin has to come online and restart the server, unfortunately I am not able to do that right now.
EDIT: edited SoulRipper's post to also state that the remover tool can be used on trailers. So it should help if it gets stuck somewhere.

Server restarted. Updates applied. You can now pick up your trailers and do all the other stuff Avgar said.
