Yes, they are, in a roleplay server. Once again there is absolutely no way of cashing-out the ingame money, so it is perfectly legal, btw having to pull the BobZ card shows that you have no more points.

the roleplay server is operated by fearless which is a registered charity not a gambling house - it does not have a licence. There is a way of cashing money out - you sell ingame money (credit) for legal tender via paypal/bank transfer, etc.. It is irrelevent weather it is against TOS to do so. It just shouldn’t be happening. 

There are way too many casinos and gambling related junk on the server, before I left that was literally all there was - casinos and casino licences.

Can't you think of a better argument? No matter what bull shit you think of, casinos in a roleplay server that there is no way of cashing-out the ingame currency for real-life funds is perfectly fine. You keep on mentioning that there is a way of cashing-out that money, well the community does not support such action in any way and if anyone ever tries doing so I bet he will instantly get removed from the service permanently.

I dont see the problem with us giving our opinion, seems to me that people dont like the truth.

I mean being perfectly honest I don't see how people saying "staff are inactive" will help them at all. It's also difficult for anyone outside of the team to come up with suggestions on how to fix this issue, as you quite simply don't know what is going on behind closed doors.

I do agree that maybe more open follow up questions could have been asked to let people provide their own opinion, maybe even an open question at the end where people are free to voice any further suggestions they have.

The truth is it'll likely be more useful if you instead shout into a brick wall, as that way you're not wasting the teams time by telling them something that they know and are already acting upon. It's a bit ironic how you call them the "arrogant" and "inconsiderate" while you think that telling them "omgg staff are inactive!!!" will help in the slightest? At least the dev strike helped massively improve the Development team, not too sure why on earth you even mentioned that though. If you don't actually know anything that is or was going on, don't try to pretend you do as in the end you're just going to confuse yourself more.
