Can someone please define "corruption" in the context of FL? It's a word that gets thrown around a lot and I wanna understand what you all mean by it.
Dindnt expects that from you Tomo. You've been around here more than enough, cant you tell the difference between what fearless used to be back in 2013 let's say and what is it now? Whoever says there is no corruption within the team is just a hypocrite. Don't get me wrong there are certain individuals that everyone is happy with but there are others that simply have this rank because they have a talent for kissing ass.

You're genuinely acting as if you really want to address this problem but you don't want to actually solve it with factual evidence, all you're doing is shouting from the sideline "boo corruption boo!", but you're getting fuck all with the nonsense you're throwing around. Either bring some light to the problem by actually stating who is corrupt, why they are corrupt, and how they could improve in your eyes.

I am in the process of doing that already in a private chat, I won't be throwing names around saying they are corrupt and about some certain staff members...I see no room for improvement really they re who they are and they won't change no matter what.

yourself is one, shutting down threads that you disagree with even slightly just because YOU disagree with them even if they don't break any forum rules, wouldn't be surprised if you shut this one down soon. Divey is another banning people for several moths for allegedly they "ruined" his friends RP, when in fact nothing was happening and it was as exciting as watching paint dry not to mention ignoring staff complaints against his colleagues. Finn was another case ages ago but he never got admin in the first place.
people should learn from siphon or exotic on how to act because clearly a minority in the team who are here to help let their feelings influence their decisions.

Okay, I see this thread is getting a little heated. So I suggest we all just calm down a smidge. I understand everyones frustration if you believe there is corrupt and bias within the team and I am sure if people are acting Bias and/or corrupt it will be ironed out. You must realise as Staff for the most part we are here to ensure you have the best time possible while using our services and voluntarily offer our time to ensure that. Just because some Staff work differently doesn't always indicate they are bias, each member of staff has their own outlook on how best to deal with a situation and that is what makes us all slightly different. None of us join the Staff team to purposely cause trouble and/or act Corrupt, our aim is to do our best with your best interest in mind. However sometimes everyone gets led astray.
If you believe a member of Staff is Corrupt/Bias it is best to contact the Super-Admins of course to help get the problem resolved. The only issue with threads as such is they keep pointing out the fact of Corruptness and Bias however seem to have nothing backing them or no people who are what the thread indicates. So to reiterate if you think a member of the team is Corrupt/Bias it is in yours and our best interest that you report it to the SA's with the correct evidence, however just 'shitting' on people wont make a change.

I didn't say there wasn't corruption, I was asking you to define what is meant by corruption, so I can personally assess the situation and think to myself either "yes ok fair enough, there is clear 'corruption' here" or "what are these guys going on about, there's no 'corruption' here". My personal view on 'corrupt staffmembers' are staffmembers who put their own interests infont of the communities and using their rank to achieve said interests. For example a thread with negative feedback about a staffmember and said staffmember closing the thread. In this case the staffmember is gaining something from his power from his rank, while he shouldnt.
A good example of something that looks a lot like corruption (maybe it was, maybe it wasnt) was the recent changes to clans. It looked a lot like Forgee and (mainly) Joe Joe were using their powers to safe their clan, who was threathened with a major war. Due to the extremely poor timing of the new rules people make corruption accusations. The community can do very little against it and its frustrating to watch. Not saying this is actual corruption, im saying that these kinds of actions is creating a lot of corruption accusations.

You seriously don’t like people discussing things do you? You had a huge issue when we discussed the new rules with the clan wars now you’ve a huge issue with this. The whole point of this section of the forum is too discuss hence why the section is called “discussions”. If people feel the need to talk about this within the community and express their opinion let them.
People have obviously have had experiences with this so they’re talking about it in a civil manner. Is there something wrong with that? Have FL lost all rights too talk with each other about what they feel the community is turning into? I used to think that you were an alright geezer before you became staff and used to express your opinion now you’re just curled up and in denial about anything the staff team do wrong.
