For people missing licenseplate textures (or image in F3 menu)
Download this .rar and just extract it to your garrysmod directory.
After extraction your garrysmod folder should look like this: garrysmod/materials/vgui/licenseplates

I gave him credits (shared file, downloaded to clients GMod directory)

The structure (autorun are just some includes and AddCSLuaFile and entities is an NPC I got rid of)

I've made alot of changes to the script aswell (implementing in CityRP, F3 on car, /stolen command, editted the warrant command, ...) and still working on improving it.

Could I get a picture of each license plate picture, as they have broken. (I want to use it in a Signature request, if that's OK with you?)
