People often say that teacher isnt a gateaway to mod but its just pure bullshit, there has been a few occasions where people have got staff without applying for teacher but everybody except for Awestruck, Holdem and Divey, Shadow has either applied for teacher or been it.

Yeah, because generally speaking, those who are decent enough members of the community to be teachers are the ones best fit for the job of mod. Save for a few, who are definitely too young

Back at rough times I applied for teacher, was promoted to moderator instead. So Teacher really is not the gateway to becoming a staff, applying for teacher shows your dedication to the community. But that is also a one of a kind chance to become teacher anyways.

These days....it is a gateway.

Anyway this thread has turned to shit, the reason those people are on the list is because they are some of the most active outwith the staff team, they are dedicated and yes most of them are teachers, but teacher proves that you are dedicated, that your willing to work for the community and that you can be trusted....(RPP permissions)
