I think there should be more "chauffeur spots" if you need to be a chauffeur to drive a truck. If the both chauffeurs are diving trucks there will be no Taxi/Buss driver. Maybe give it three/four spots instead of two? Otherwise it would be easier to add another job like truck driver?

I also think the trucks shouldn't be restricted to only passive RP, allowing criminal activities with them should also open up alot of RP for it.
