I honestly like the more flat and simplistic theme iOS offers, whilst I feel android is quite messy and just doesn't fit how I like my phone to be (I've used the latest android and it just doesn't suit my style).
I see where you're coming from but you can easily (well, easy for me at least, maybe not so easy for others) root your android phone if your contractor allows it or if you own the phone just do it anyway (be aware this voids the warranty) and flash a custom ROM on it. I did this with my phone and it looks a lot like the iOS layout.

I have an iPhone 5s, I really like IOS and Apple, Apple is one of my favorite companies and I love their products, also I find that IOS has a really quick, sleek and simplistic design, which I find android doesn't. *War incoming*

iPhone 6 Plus for me.
iOS is nice IMO and the iPhone's just have a more "premium" feel.
