Fact: Obnoxiously large signatures have been removed.
Another fact: If everyone doesn't reduce the signature size to acceptable limits (rules state 500x200, though slightly above is acceptable) I'll start removing signature access.

Fact: Instead of reporting those with large signature using the MyBB's report system, people are complaining about it on an irrelevant thread.
Worth noting we ain't browsing through every forum account, but we deal with those we spot out on threads or whatever (some times I forgot it, yes).
