I work with GIF's, but I have certain conditions set up for that. Check the main post if you are interested.
If you want to learn Photoshop I strongly suggest going to YouTube, it's absolutely filled with tutorials for just about anything.

Additional notes: Try your best to merge the Wheatley image with the space picture, use a fancy but simple font for everything.
