So.. atm i got a ban, my brother plays fl aswell but he has his own account and own gmod, i got a ban, is he now allowed to play fl?

Provided that the Garry's Mod is not being shared via Steam's family sharing feature, he can play on Fearless while you are suspended. If you are sharing the Garry's Mod, inform him to stay off it.
