I have lost and won in Plaza many times, NoidZ is not only a lovely guy but a great host and croupier that is completely legit.
He is the only one known for dealing cards IRL and makes him original.
If someone has an issue with the way he does things, don't go to his casino. But I know I'd much rather bet with him than anywhere else that uses /dice or /card or /deck whether I know he's cheating or not, which he certainly isn't and never has.
It should be allowed given that the players understand what's going on and don't have an issue with it, which NoidZ recites the rules and method of game to players that have even been to his casino a million times.
This is a big shame, let's get together NoidZ and protest, passively of course
