SAs should be doing this already. Teacher liason should be doing it for teachers.
I honestly didn't read your post, but if this is suggested to SAs it should be already a thing. If you are talking about the evaluation thing or similar to what zombie did then -support. Let the SAs handle it

Give the whole team an evaluation not only for admins. Devs and Teachers need feedback too

I don't see any reason for this not to be accepted, isn't this running a staff team 101?
