Boiled falafel with green beans and homemade bread
Falafel and beans leave a warm,spicy taste,the bread is a bit sour
Also a spoon of yoghurt goes nice with those

Same as yesterday, had to make something small and easy for lunch. Cooked some chicken and pasta. The chicken was spiced with some garlic, chili, salt and pepper. Added a tomato and some jelly, also some sauce after the snap was taken. One simple but a very nice meal:

The green pasta contains spinach and the orange pasta contains tomato. The pasta itself is 12% protein. I like them
