It will be on the usual V2D server. Initially we wanted it to be on the eventserver, but since V2D is not having many players on it, we will be having it there.
If V2D should be overpopulated tomorrow, we will take the eventserver.

Utc pretty much just means the middle of the worldmap. In Norway the event will start at 9pm I think. But you can just take a look at the World clock. Type that in Google and you should get tons of websites showing you the time all across the planet. So if you would live in paris, the event would start at 8pm for you.
