It was him to confirm this, many players actually held full conversations with him, which does not make him a bot.
Also the only way to get that achievement is through being on a server with him, so stop trying to kill the fun!
I did also get to make him remove his props and explain a rule to him, so I was the boss I reckon..

I remember There is a console command, to give player that achievement and the people who are in that server, i can try and find the page and it will be posted here, but you never know it could of been him

He was on Gmod, his SteamID completely matched up with his Steam account too.
So how did all the people on the server randomly get that achievment ehh?

Well, the steam achievement system isn't flawless as I have this achievement when I'm not even level 100:

If it's the real Garry or not, I don't know, but I'm sure it was an interesting experience for everyone on the server at the time.
Maybe Garry is Santa Claus bringing you the gift of achievements from the heavens above? only reasonable explanation imo.

Some people are just salty because they weren't there to see him.. It doesn't mean you have to try to take joy out of it for those that were.

Their is a console command to run the achievement.
If you want even more proof garry's steam ID is STEAM_0:1:7099, Go to the Donate page, try to donate with his steam ID, Oh wait... His SteamID isn't found.
