To be honest, there was a lot of issues having a player ran TS server for FL.
1. Ranks - Non-staff members given TS only staff ranks could cause confusion for players looking for some help.
2. IP's - Player IP's should only be visible for staff members. They are not for other players to see.
3. Logs - Staff members have confidential meetings on TeamSpeak and the logs of these meetings may be leaked.
4. Longevity - The player hosting the TeamSpeak may decide to leave the community, taking the TS with him/her. If the owner hosts the TeamSpeak then there is no chance of this happening.
These are just a few but I'm sure there are more. It was a nice gesture but this sort of service is for the owner/staff to provide and shouldn't fall down to the players.

Funny, seeing as the community wanted Chaos city. At least it would be empty with a map the community wanted, and voted for. Then again, I shouldn't add more shit for people to cry about on this thread, and all out autism war could start.

Aye there's a shitstorm of drama at the moment, but please keep a proper tone. Some of this belongs in off-topic and not in this sub-forum.
