Just a little something, if you PM an Admin to check that it will be ok to have a date or that someone is not already taking up that date. After, if they say that it will be fine and that, that day is not taken. Add the date and come up with a time. On the day, just ask an Admin to turn on the Event server for you, show them that it was ok and it should all be good.
If an Admin see's this reply and see's that I have a made a mistake with they way it works after being told this way by an Admin, please just edit the reply to the way it does work.
