this is the perfect game, and if it was possible to make and fund it would have been made.
however, it hasnt been made and wont be made as it is impossible.

The truth is, you can't make a profitable game which is open world, real life emulated and what gamers want without having to resort to a roleplay server which is modded around an already established game like garrys mod or Arma or Gta 5.
