However, some of the fl addons could be interfering with css since you mentioned the issue doesn't exist in singleplayer. Are you sure it doesn't exist with css weapons in singleplayer when in third person?
If so, I'd recommend manually deleting everything you've downloaded (dont use any steam or in game ways to remove any content) from the folders and reinstalling css content from the following guide https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=576400029

Re-installed addons, Create kindly bought me CSS and I still have crotch gun :/

Have you mounted CSS through the game pad add on in the bottom right on the main menu?

Yeah I did. Reset my pc once more and my issue is now solved.
