Not really. SRU has a job to do. Rebels dont really have a job. All they do is underground things. Plus your taking a space out of a job When people might want to go as SRU, They cant do that as a citizen can they?

1. They can change job name and be FBI. 2. I was SC&O19 which does the same thing as SRU but can patrol so thats why I chose it
