Yes I can confirm that there will be very minimal moderation required; the predominant issues that are most likely to occur are hacking, exploiting and safezone camping.

Pretty much, that's even if the rules go into that much detail. I think there should be something regarding the safe zone, but the rules will most likely be our TOS.
Hacking, Abuse, Double accounting and stuff.
