Considering he made the post in a GMT time zone April Fools ends at midday. So considering he made this post at around 16:00 it would not be an April fools joke. Otherwise he is an idiot.

from what i understand that 12pm thing isnt true , since its paril fools day not half day, they say its made it for those scared of being fooled
