Ban request denied as original poster has not posted any pictorial or video evidence.
However, due to the extreme lack of cooperation from the accused user, he will be placed under close supervision for an undisclosed time period, during which any rule infringement will be treated with proper repercussions, more severe than the situation might warrant otherwise.
