Problem is people don't see that process so they will assume that you are just promoting friends until you show them otherwise.

Oh I'm well aware of how the voting process goes for admins/mods. But that doesn't mean you didn't start the thread and as they say, "Get the ball rolling". I don't expect a reply to that as its case sensitive information being Office related but I trust you get my point.
