that you guys, the admin team, should do a wipe on inactive accounts or something.
As well as you could create 1 or 2 more servers for other players. Because in the evening there is no actual possibility to join the server, because all of them are full.

The problem is in the UK where I am there are not many people on the server, so really it would be a waste because it would only be useful for 2-3 hours until people go offline.
