Nothing happends if I try the "connect <IP>" command with the console. It only says, that the server is down. Same, if I try it over the banner.
I am wondering, why other players are able to play on the servers but I'm not..
Any ideas?

Are you including the Port of the IP?

Yes. If I'm asking my Steam friends, they are able to play, but if I try to join (or my german friends) nothing happends.
