Still think my idea isn't to complicated and is comically appealing... but I'm glad you stuck with 0-20% this seems very fair for everyone and it will be nice to really see this system put to work. People always complained how without donator they were making 50 as a citizen and losing 30, well now they can't lose more than 10.
