Actually the server needs a password only.. Some maintenance..

Soul is banning himself then going on the server, basically the bans aren't being processed somewhere by the server, so its letting everyone on.

That is the whole problem indeed.
I've tried everything to fix it, but I failed. Hopefully Temar comes online soon, he will be able to fix this most likely.
