I can confirm this, I was offered TA which I accepted and while I was in discord being trained my webcam accidentally turned on and the person training me saw I was black.
Anyways, when they finished training me they said they weren't interested so I can confirm the unconcious bias of the racially discriminatory way that Fearless carries out it's practises.
