Would like to have more added to this though:
A players legs need to be cuffed/tied before you can drag/move them as it would make more sense as you'd need to move them as they cannot move themselves.
It will also add the benefit that they cannot run away when (leg) cuffed and would remain in a stationary position till they are moved by another player.
Additional mechanics:
If a player is leg cuffed by a police officer, then all police can move that person (red pass players too)
If a player is leg tied by another player, then only the player that tied them can move that person

This would make Police role play great again, you’d actually have to physically take somebody to jails to arrest them after bringing them there with your car. This is a great suggestion. Would work just like how it does on Arma 3 role play.

Just add the interactive menu, and if someone is tied up or cuffed then you will be able to do this option on the menu
