There are up to 50 others on the server at one time.
If there are 10 requests at separate locations for different problems, an admin can't drop what they're doing and teleport to each one at the same time, now can they?
Be patient. They don't need to kiss the ground you walk on or be your butler.

Plus, you need to remember that Admin aren't machines. They're human; just like the rest of us.
