Especially for Vice Presidents who become Vice for the sole reason of setting the tax to 40% and getting demoted.

Also make a rule, that forces Presidents to make atleast a few laws,
so they won't sit there, farm their taxes without even making any laws.

40% Doesn't make you a dictator. Restricting items and everyday things from people is a dictator. You can still be a president with any tax, just, unfortunately, you can be raided for it.
OT: There shouldn't be a time limit of when you can set tax, however, there should be a time limit of when you can become a dictator.

Also, if no staff are on, it will limit peoples RP. It also gives the staff too much power, it will basically be like telling someone how to play president its a little over the top.
Furthermore, just set it so that you can only have 40% tax after 30 minutes or so.
As a statement to Forgee i do agree tho, the raids are getting too frequent like cops and robbers.

fair enough, 30 minutes is a good compromise
