I ran BF3 on the highest settings and I didn't experiance any lag. You don't need to spend $3,000. That's insane. RE: A New Computer! - CHOCOLATEPERVE - 01-20-2012 You need a better power supply and moniter and maybe Another 2 gfx cards RE: A New Computer! - Azusa Nakano - 01-20-2012 (01-20-2012, 01:03 PM)THEIF Wrote: You need a better power supply and moniter and maybe Another 2 gfx cardsNo, I don't "need" that because I never experienced a problem running any game. No man, you totally need those. I would also suggest getting a dual-octocore CPU overclocked to 4.5GHz for acceptable performance. You also need quad-SLI GTX 580's, because otherwise you'll go below 200 FPS, which is absolutely terrible for a hardcore gamer. Oh, and don't forget the memory, I suggest you'll get 32GB of pure DDR5 ram, because you will totally have to run 5 Battlefield 3's, 2 Furmarks and calculations of galactic trajectories at the same time. This is the utmost minimum for any acceptable PC-usage, deal with it. RE: A New Computer! - CHOCOLATEPERVE - 01-20-2012 You can only get quad gtx 590. And make sure you have good cooling RE: A New Computer! - Azusa Nakano - 01-20-2012 (01-20-2012, 01:22 PM)DNB Wrote:(01-20-2012, 01:04 PM)Emnesty Wrote:(01-20-2012, 01:03 PM)THEIF Wrote: You need a better power supply and moniter and maybe Another 2 gfx cardsNo, I don't "need" that because I never experienced a problem running any game.
