Wait your saying the FPS is doing better than expected?
From what people have been reporting back (many have said it's almost as good as V2D) and my own experience, it's doing pretty well.

The map has prompted me to try Passive RP once again. No performance issues, good job Pollux
I was actually on build a couple hours and I made a recording studio.

in some spots yes as well as when there arne't a lot of players

If you're having FPS issues try disabling license plates, it should be an option in the Q menu, not too sure what submenu it's in. It is showing up as a major bottleneck in client performance.
