Congrats you two! You've been very active and pro-active and I heavily doubt that that will stop anytime soon. You've also been great role models and very responsive to @-calls, something which I am thankful for.

I'll just say: good luck on your new duties (because, yeah, promotions means more responsabilities, and I hope you will deal with it correctly).
I'm just quite surprised that with all these AA still open, you got promoted. A review should be done before in my opinion, it seems there are some serious offence there... more than some previous past.

Congratulations but how the hell does someone get promoted with an open AA case on them?Close the case first or delay the decision wheter to promote them or not.
