Debrief from the President of Poseidon

Good evening everyone,
I have been asked by the President and Founder of Poseidon, Mr Patterson, to go into more detail about our positions and the structure of our organisation.
Below our members will see their positions, and what their positions mean, as well as the responsibilities they have.
I will also go into more detail about the management of our organisation.

Position Descriptions

PRESIDENT


Spoiler :
The President of Poseidon is the top boss of the organisation, the man who issues the directives to the Vice President and the man who sets the agenda.

The President decides who to ally with, who to sign deals with, and who to "put out of business".

Seeing as the President is the most important person in the organisation, it is his job to co-ordinate the entire company, both the QRF and the General Office, and will meet regularly with the Vice President to discuss strategy and classified QRF Maneouvers and strategy, such as placement, deployment, and orders with him.

The President has the final say on the employment of people into the organisation if there is an issue with their application.

The President is the highest in the chain of command, and should be treated as such.

VICE PRESIDENT


Spoiler :
The Vice President of Poseidon is the second highest position in the company, directly below that of the President.

The Vice President meets daily with the President to discuss the daily agenda, policy, and general goings-on within the business.

It is the job of the Vice President to get down and ensure that the business is running smoothly, and meet often with the QRF Section Commander, and the General Manager, to discuss the daily policy implemented by the President.

The Vice President has direct command of the Quick Reaction Force, and will pass down orders from the President.

QUICK REACTION FORCE


Spoiler :
The Quick Reaction Force is our Maritime General close protection and tactical response team, responsible for the safety of company assets, buildings, and management, and also to [CLASSIFIED].

QRF Section Commander
The Section Commander is the leader of the QRF, and is responsible for their training, deployment, tactics, and general wellbeing.

He will meet regularly with the Vice President, and semi-regularly with the President, to discuss issues that he or his team faces.

QRF Sergeant
The Sergeant is responsible for the Officers during active deployment, and for keeping morale high, spirits up, and ensuring that the officers on the ground are responding to orders.

QRF Officer
Our standard Maritime QRF Officer is a tactical deployment asset, and is there to protect, defend, and look after company assets, personnel, and [CLASSIFIED]




GENERAL OFFICE


Spoiler :
The General Office of Poseidon is our bread-and-butter, the very essence and core of our corporation.

The General Office deals with everything from our defence appliances trading, to our merchant shipping fleet.
We depend on our general office to ensure smooth running of the business, and to make sure that all departments are making a profit, and to cut those that are not.

General Manager
The General Manager is directly responsible for all trade, ships, defence stock, and employment into our organisation.

The General Manager will meet regularly with the Vice President, and semi-regularly with the President, to discuss our profits, losses, stock take, employment, and human resources.

Employment Officer
The Employment Manager responds directly to the President, and is responsible for the employment of staff into the whole corporation.

It is the duty of the employment manager to check, accept, or decline applications into our organisation, and to pass those applications up to the President that may require upper-management level authorisation.

Employee
The employee's of Poseidon are responsible for ensuring that our business runs smoothly at the lowest levels.

Employee's are required to make sure that stores are set up, and that we are trading regularly, and legally, so that we can continue our business operations with both Evo City and Pines City.
