Try to message Awestruck via these forums or Discord, He might be more likely to see the message on discord however.

I know the process. They have/tried to close it multiple times.

Any SA can manually reset your password. Try Divey also.

Send the password you want to Divey/Awestruck via these forums and when they see the message they can change your password
