I had the same problem on a different server with the same error message. All I did check my maps folder in "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\GarrysMod\garrysmod\maps" and deleted the map with the same name XD . The error means literally what it says so you might also want to look in your addons folder in the game and see if you downloaded the map from there, and disable it. Then re-extract the map from the server.

Have you looked to see if you have any other evocity_v4b1.bsp in your Addons or Maps folders? There may be two of the same map but in different areas?

you could try just not extracting the map, i never actually extracted the map i couldn't be bothered trying and it still worked
