Either you stop using avg or block some scripts as suggested by Ramesh Srinivasan in this thread:

Hi sebasti,
Firstly Id like to apologise for taking so long in my research.
So i've done some research and I think you may have something called the ''Windows Script Virus''. Do not worry, it is not an actual virus, it is just called that.
I have come up with a solution. Unfortunatly it is only a manual way, but if you would like to I will find an automatic way.
1) Open Command Prompt and select run as administrator,
2) Then type in the command '' taskkill /f /im wscript.exe ''
3) Voila, this should of solved it.
