I don't know who has it right now.
But I think Narcotic, KPred are the ones who have and will have the best shot.
I even remember Narcotic raiding nexus himself many times and whatnot.
KPred was aggro too. Though Narcotic probably had better shot he still had one of the best.
But they don't play now.
